David’s career within the property industry has spanned 14 years, beginning in 2003 shortly after graduating university with a degree in music. In 2006 David qualified with an NVQ level 3 in Residential estate agency, and during 2012 gained the lettings equivalent qualification recognised by ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).
With this wealth of experience, David relocated to the Rame Peninsula during the summer of 2014 from Birmingham with his partner (now fiancée), and from his city centre position within a bustling lettings market. He joined Compass Lettings as the manager to increase the client & customer satisfaction levels and to ensure the business runs professionally and efficiently.
When relaxing at home, David enjoys a variety of hobbies including classic car restoration, kayaking, cooking / baking, attending various festivals, and also finds time to keep chickens & ducks too!
Olivia was born and raised in Torpoint, with generations of family coming from the area. Olivia has a wealth of knowledge within the Rame Peninsula. Having studied at all three Torpoint schools she left at the age of 16 and went to study a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma, Performing Arts in Dance at St Austell College. After college she decided to take a year out from college to work and save up towards a move to London to study Dance at University. Within her year out, Olivia went on to study an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services and a Level 3 in Business Admin.
